The official CDPR forum was launched on Maalong with the official trailer. A two-minute trailer was released on GameTrailers, and articles (with accompanying video and screenshots) have been released in English, Polish, and Russian. The game was announced officially on 24 March 2010, with a number of articles and videos appearing. The game itself was said to be "still deeply in the development stage", and people should "not expect the game too soon".
CD PROJEKT RED published a short FAQ in response to the leak, but said that apart from that, they did "not plan any materials to be released soon". It was made using a "very early alpha version" of the game, and voices were provided by CD PROJEKT RED staff members rather than the final actors. According to CD PROJEKT RED, the video was intended for potential publishers, and had been created about six months before it was leaked.

So if anything, then your system needs some cleaning, because if you use modern hardware, there is no reason why the game should run bad. Not even my 970 can run ubersampling stady 60 fps, you over estimate your hardware, but a 560ti should already run the game in max settings except uber sampling. Ubersampling is like rendering the game in 4k but with a higher performance impatc because it does add some shinys aswell. The moment i looked for it after being told, it was off and it still doesnt play that great. When it was extremely horrible on max, I jumped it down to medium immediately, not knowing for some reason dropping the setting wouldn't turn off something like ubersampling, which i had never seen in a game before so wouldn't expect to be there. I played Witcher 3 first, so when I tried 2 it could be reasonably expected to run on maximum settings, since it is older and has lower maximum requirements.
I can play Witcher 3 on ultra and it plays smoothly with NO issues. I guess you are one of those people, who think they can turn on features like "ubersamplung" just because you think the game is old and little demanding. ISO (the 7+ gb you download actually adds the other languages among many other optimization things. I think it had to do with the copy used for the digital version, or something related to the. net framework issue with the steam version or something like that.
